Honestly the trip was once in a lifetime for someone like me and it was a fantastic experience. We loved our tour guide, Titi, her colleague, Emma, and all of our gracious Korean tour guides. I got to experience temples, palaces, many different types of Korean foods, learning about the Asian culture and referencing it back to how it affects Asian American people today. I could not have done this without the help of the Study Abroad Association and I am so thankful for the opportunity.

This trip was truly humbling and unforgettable. I had the opportunity to learn, serve, and connect with so many amazing people from different backgrounds. It opened my eyes to healthcare outside of the U.S. and reminded me how meaningful community work can be. I would definitely recommend this experience and would do it again.

The Study Abroad Association delivered a truly memorable program for our group of 24 University of Pittsburgh students traveling through the Netherlands. From Amsterdam to Enschede to Rotterdam, the experience was well-organized and deeply enriching, not only for our students, but also for the program's team leads. One standout is our guide, Enno Willigendael. What set him apart was his ability to draw connections between the Netherlands' and broader European history and the sustainable city planning and infrastructure you see today. Students left with context, not just observations about how and why the Netherlands leads many sustainability efforts. Beyond that, Enno had a knack for tailoring recommendations to individual interests, whether that meant finding the right restaurant for a picky eater or pointing someone toward a hidden gem they never would have discovered on their own. And while no international program is without its logistical hiccups, the foundation the Study Abroad Association provided made every challenge manageable and will provide funny stories to relay to friends and family. We will absolutely be back (as long as funding remains), and we would be absolutely thrilled to have Enno lead us next year.

This was a great trip. All details were attended to, the tour guide was phenomenal, and the activities contributed to the learning of our students. We felt well-supported by the staff, and any hiccups (which were few) were addressed immediately.

The trip far exceeded my expectations. The number of activities could not have been arranged without the SAA team. Our guide, Shaju, was knowledgeable, adaptable, and bonded with all of the students. The planning phase with Eleonora and her team was detailed, and as this was our first trip, guided step-by-step. Eleonora was always available, helped me through many issues, and never once acted impatient or frustrated as we had to change numbers repeatedly. I HIGHLY recommend this group.
